How do I return an item?

Goods Return Procedure by Mail

1. To return goods by mail, please print out and complete the return form. If you do not have a printer, please prepare a return form manually, including all the information specified in the template. Filling out the electronic return form will allow you to track your return status and facilitate communication with our returns department.

2. Please send the completed form together with the item and a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt / invoice) via any courier company to the returns warehouse at the following address:

3. Packages are unboxed by a committee and inspected while the opening process is recorded by our CCTV system. The returns team will assess the condition and completeness of the product. In the event of non-compliance or damage, the Consumer is held liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods. The Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the reduction in the value of the Goods.

4. The refund will be processed promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract (the Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received back or proof of return shipment is provided).
